Confirmation Policy

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred room is unavailable, an alternate schedule of the Guest’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email. Alternatively, the Guest may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed, if preferred room is unavailable.

Booking Policy

Rescheduling of the booking shall be free without any cancellation fees if requested before 3 days prior to the travelling date and the same is subjected to availability.

If the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the Guest.

If the travellers request for rescheduling/relocation within 3 days or less, 100% of the booking amount shall be charged as rescheduling charge.

In the event of the booking rescheduling request in light of threat of covid-19, the Guest need to furnish a recent covid positive certificate/report. The rescheduling is subject to availability. If the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the Guest.

Any booking rescheduling in event of lockdown imposed by govt/local govt/ authorities causing travel restrictions, the rescheduling is subject to availability and if the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the Guest.

Hotel Holy Vivasa reserves the right to cancel a booking in event of unforeseen situation arising due to unavoidable circumstances, acts of god, covid threat and guests safety reasons.

Any booking cancellations in event of lockdown imposed by govt/local govt authorities/travel restrictions, the Guest may opt for alternate dates or refund
